Guy J. Miller

President

Guy J. Miller is a founder of BKG Elite Services, and serves as the President of the company. Guy's vision was to start a company that brings elite services to customers. While the company may be young in years, Guy brings a wealth of experience.

Before founding BKG Elite Services in 2026, Guy served 13 years on active duty working in all areas of supply chain, logistics, and hazardous operations. Guy brings an additional 27 years of government and civilian contracting experience. At the peak of his career, he oversaw 350 Marines and $1 billion of warfighting equipment and material while maintaining contracts and purchases with budgets exceeding $100 million.

He brings expertise in financial planning, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth, and holds a Master of Business Administration from American Intercontinental University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Virginia Union University.

Kola A.

VP Finance

Kola A. is a CPA, MBA, and PMP with over 15 years of leadership experience in technical accounting, revenue recognition, accounting policy, and finance transformation. He has advised and supported Fortune 500 and global organizations in strengthening financial reporting, internal controls, and enterprise-wide accounting processes.

Known for his strategic mindset, cross-functional leadership, and commitment to operational excellence, Kola brings a values-driven approach shaped by faith, integrity, and disciplined stewardship.

Kola holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a master's degree from Indiana University.

Bidemi O.

VP - Operations

Bidemi O. brings over two decades of experience in project management, real estate development, and large-scale infrastructure delivery. With a strong background spanning construction, facility management, and technical project leadership, he has successfully led and delivered high-impact projects across residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors.

He has played a key role in the design and execution of luxury real estate developments and served as the technical lead on groundbreaking healthcare infrastructure projects, including the first Cyclotron and PET-CT facility in West Africa. His expertise includes project design, budgeting, construction oversight, stakeholder coordination, and operational strategy.

Known for his ability to turn vision into execution, he combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to drive efficiency, innovation, and value creation. His leadership is grounded in strong problem-solving, team development, and a commitment to excellence in every project he delivers.
